Hi,

I am planning a trip to Lofoten in July and would like to know if it is possible to get from Uttakleiv beach to Bjornsand by foot along the coast ? :)

Hi Ewa,

It is “technically” possible when the tie is low but it is both difficult and dangerous. From Utakleiv you will find a promising small sheep trail following the cost line. The trail vanishes around Skarvsteinbukta. From there and further on you will have to jump from rock to rock on a very steep slope. This place is dangerous because rocks often fall from the cliff above your head…

Although this “short cut” might look tempting on the map it is not advisable in real life ;-)
