Certains passages sont un peu scabreux (passage sur de gros rochers il faut faire trés attention surtout si le terrain est mouillés) mais en terme de parcours c'est simple, il suffit de longer la côte à partir de Vindstad (à gauche aprés le quai). Il y a parfois des petits bouts de sentiers.
